Subprocessors
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Transparency is part of trust. This page lists the categories of sub-processors Palette uses to deliver our services, what they do, and how we govern AI providers that process your data.
1. About This List
Palette uses a small set of trusted sub-processors to deliver our services. Each sub-processor is bound by contract to protect data, to process it only for the purposes we direct, and, where they handle prompts or content, not to use it to train their general models. The table below lists the categories of sub-processors we engage and what they do.
Specific vendor names are confirmed per customer engagement and in our Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for the current named list under NDA.

3. How We Use AI Providers
Our LLM providers receive only the prompts and task context needed to generate a given output. They are contractually prohibited from using that data to train their general foundation models, and we do not use Customer Data to train public models. Outputs are returned to the requesting workspace and remain subject to the same access controls as other Customer Data.
4. Changes and Notifications
We may add or replace sub-processors as our services evolve. When we make a material change to sub-processors that affects the processing of personal data, we will update this page and, for customers who have subscribed to notifications under our Data Processing Addendum, provide advance notice so they can review and, where applicable, object as set out in that addendum.
